Two learners, three Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards

At an Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards presentation in Accra on 15 November 2023, two Crystal Heights learners were recognised for marks achieved in Pearson Edexcel examinations. Dayshaun Ayindor Amoah took the Highest Mark in the World in iPrimary Mathematics and the Highest Mark in Ghana in iPrimary Science, both in the Oct/Nov 2022 series. Widad Abdallah Adam took the Highest Mark in the World in iPrimary Mathematics in the May/June 2023 series. All three certificates are signed by Sharon Hague, Managing Director of Pearson School Qualifications. They record examination results rather than competition placings: the papers are set and marked outside the school, and each mark is ranked against every learner who sat the same paper. The school science laboratories, computing laboratories and robotics studio give learners the practical grounding behind those papers.
