At Crystal Heights, discipline is not an afterthought or a rulebook. It is the first of our values and the foundation of every other one. It is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.
The ethos

We see discipline as an inner habit, the self-mastery that lets a student choose purpose over distraction, the consistency that compounds small efforts into remarkable results.
The highest mark in the world in three consecutive years is not an accident. It is what disciplined effort, sustained over time, makes possible. That same discipline shapes the ordinary days: the homework completed, the hand raised, the kindness shown in the corridor.
We pair high expectations with genuine care. Discipline at Crystal Heights is never punitive for its own sake; it is how we protect the calm, purposeful environment in which every child can learn and grow.

Our conduct expectations follow directly from the ethos: respect, reliability, and integrity made visible in the school day.
Respect
For teachers, peers, staff, and oneself: in word, tone, and action.
Punctuality
On time for school, lessons, and activities; readiness to learn.
Uniform & presentation
Worn with pride and in line with school expectations.
Attendance
Regular presence is the precondition for progress.
Academic honesty
Integrity in all work; one's own effort, properly attributed.
Care for community
Responsibility for the shared environment and the wellbeing of others.
